  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Time and Carriers

Once processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance

We use trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link will be sent once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Human Frame MD’s delivery obligation is considered complete.

If you are unable to locate your package after delivery confirmation, please:

Human Frame MD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. However, our support team can assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to a reshipping fee.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
