The HumanFrame device is offered as a general-wellness, self-care recovery product for healthy adults. Any use of the product for any other purpose is at your sole risk.

3. Results not typical; testimonials

Testimonials, reviews, before-and-after stories, customer quotes, and other endorsements on the Site or in advertising reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results. Many factors outside HumanFrame's control influence results, including age, weight, lifestyle, underlying conditions, adherence, concurrent care, and natural variation. HumanFrame makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, that you will experience any specific result, benefit, or outcome. Any depiction of biological mechanism, anatomy, or tissue effect is a simplified educational illustration, not a diagnostic image or a claim of effect in any specific user.

4. Who should NOT use HumanFrame

Do not use HumanFrame if any of the following applies to you. This list is illustrative and is not exhaustive. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the device is safe for you.

• You have a pacemaker, implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), neurostimulator, drug pump, cochlear implant, or any other active implanted medical device.
• You are pregnant or believe you may be pregnant, or you are nursing.
• You have a metal implant, surgical hardware, screw, plate, rod, joint replacement, or stent in or near the area of intended use.
• You have open wounds, broken skin, fresh tattoos, burns, rashes, active infection, dermatitis, or eczema flare in or near the area of intended use.
• You have had surgery, an injection, or a manipulation in the area of intended use within the last six (6) weeks, or as your surgeon or treating clinician has directed.
• You have an active or recent rotator-cuff tear, frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis), labral tear, fracture, dislocation, or other acute injury in or near the area of intended use, unless your treating clinician has expressly cleared use of a heat/compression/vibration device.
• You have a known blood clotting disorder, hemophilia, von Willebrand disease, or you take anticoagulant ("blood thinner") medication, including but not limited to warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, edoxaban, dabigatran, or chronic high-dose aspirin.
• You have peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy, complex regional pain syndrome, reduced skin sensation, or impaired ability to feel heat in the area of intended use.
• You have cancer, suspected cancer, undiagnosed lumps, recent radiation therapy, or any active oncology treatment affecting the area of intended use.
• You have severe osteoporosis, brittle bones, or recent compression fractures.
• You have varicose veins with phlebitis, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), thrombophlebitis, or known circulatory disorders affecting the area of intended use.
• You have uncontrolled hypertension or any cardiovascular condition for which your physician has restricted heat exposure, compression, or vibration therapy.
• You have any condition for which a clinician has advised you to avoid heat, compression, vibration, or massage.
• You are under the influence of alcohol, sedatives, or any substance that impairs sensation, judgment, or reaction time.
• You are under 18 years of age.

If you have any chronic medical condition, are taking any medication, or have any doubt about whether use of HumanFrame is safe for you, do not use the device. Consult a qualified healthcare provider first.

5. Safe-use requirements

You must, as a condition of using HumanFrame:

• Read the user manual that ships with your device in full before first use.
• Use the device only as directed, at the recommended duration, intensity, and frequency. More is not better.
• Stop using the device immediately if you experience pain, burning, numbness, dizziness, skin irritation, or any unexpected sensation, and consult a healthcare provider.
• Not use the device while sleeping, driving, operating heavy machinery, or in or near water, bathtubs, showers, or saunas.
• Keep the device away from children, infants, pets, and any person who lacks the capacity to operate it safely.
• Not modify, disassemble, or repair the device. Use only HumanFrame-supplied charger and accessories.
• Not share the device with persons for whom it is contraindicated.
• Discontinue use if any contraindication arises or is later diagnosed.

6. Assumption of risk

BY PURCHASING OR USING ANY HUMANFRAME PRODUCT, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH ITS USE OR MISUSE, including but not limited to risks of burns, skin irritation, bruising, soreness, swelling, allergic reaction, aggravation of existing conditions, new injury, electrical shock, mechanical failure, allergic reaction to materials, and any other risk, whether or not foreseeable. You acknowledge that the Site, product packaging, marketing, advertising, and customer-service materials contain general information only, and you accept full responsibility for evaluating whether the device is suitable for your individual circumstances.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HumanFrame, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, licensors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use, misuse, or inability to use any HumanFrame product; (b) your failure to comply with this Medical Disclaimer or the instructions in the user manual; (c) the use of the device by any person for whom it is contraindicated; (d) any condition you have or develop, regardless of causation; or (e) any injury, harm, or loss to any third party in connection with your use of the device. 8. No warranty of safety, efficacy, or fitness

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HumanFrame disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, efficacy, fitness for any particular purpose, or therapeutic effect of any HumanFrame product. Any limited product warranty is described solely in the Refund & Returns Policy. No employee, contractor, or agent of HumanFrame has authority to make any additional representation or warranty, oral or written, regarding the medical, therapeutic, or wellness effects of the device.

9. Adverse-event reporting

If you experience any adverse event — including but not limited to burns, persistent pain, skin reaction, numbness, bruising, swelling, electric shock, mechanical failure, or any other unexpected condition — in connection with your use of HumanFrame:

1. Stop using the device immediately.
2. Seek medical attention if necessary.
3. Report the event to safety@humanframemd.com with your order number, device serial number, a description of the event, and any photographs or medical documentation you wish to provide.

Submitting an adverse-event report does not give rise to any settlement, payment, admission of liability, or assumption of responsibility by HumanFrame. We may use information in adverse-event reports for product-safety review, regulatory compliance, and any other lawful purpose.

10. International users

HumanFrame products are intended for sale and use in the United States. Regulatory classification of self-care recovery devices varies by country. Use of the device outside the United States is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for compliance with the laws, regulations, and customs of your jurisdiction. HumanFrame disclaims any obligation to comply with non-US medical-device, consumer-product, or import regulations.

11. Choice of law and disputes

This Medical Disclaimer is governed by, and any dispute relating to it is subject to, the choice-of-law, arbitration, class-action-waiver, jury-trial-waiver, and one-year-limitation provisions of our Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference.

12. Changes

We may modify this Medical Disclaimer at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. The Disclaimer in effect at the time of your use governs your use.

13. Acknowledgement

By purchasing or using any HumanFrame product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Medical Disclaimer; that you assume all risk of use; that you indemnify HumanFrame as set forth above; and that you have not relied on any representation or statement not expressly contained in this Disclaimer and our other posted policies.
